By engaging our services, you represent that you have the authority to provide the business information, credentials, permissions, and access necessary for us to perform the agreed services.

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise unauthorized activities.

3. Google Business Profile Management and Authorization

Our services may require access to Google Business Profiles and related Google services.

By granting Weaver SEO Services access to a Google Business Profile, you authorize us to perform agreed management and optimization activities on behalf of your business.

These activities may include:

  • Reviewing and updating business information

  • Managing business categories, descriptions, services, and service areas

  • Uploading or updating authorized business content

  • Monitoring business profile performance and status

  • Using software integrations and automation tools to perform authorized tasks

We may use Google APIs, Google Apps Script, Make.com, and other software platforms to perform these activities.

You remain responsible for ensuring that information supplied to us is accurate and that you possess the necessary rights and permissions to authorize changes.

You may revoke applicable access permissions, although doing so may prevent us from providing some or all of the agreed services.

4. Google and Third-Party Platform Policies

Weaver SEO Services is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Our services are subject to applicable Google Business Profile policies, Google API requirements, and other third-party platform rules.

We cannot guarantee that Google or another third-party provider will approve, verify, maintain, publish, or continue displaying any particular business profile or content.

Google may modify its algorithms, features, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, or platform policies at any time.

We are not responsible for changes, suspensions, restrictions, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms, except to the extent directly resulting from our own conduct and as required by applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Rankings or Results

While we strive to improve our clients’ visibility on Google Maps and other search platforms, search rankings and business outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control.

Unless otherwise expressly established in a separate written agreement, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings or placement in Google Maps or search results

  • Any particular number of website visitors, leads, phone calls, or customers

  • Increased revenue or profitability

  • Permanent ranking improvements

  • Approval or successful verification of a Google Business Profile

Any examples, testimonials, projections, or performance estimates are illustrative and do not guarantee future results.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and reasonably complete business information

  • Maintain appropriate ownership or authorization over their business profiles

  • Cooperate with necessary verification and account access procedures

  • Obtain appropriate rights to any images, trademarks, written content, or other materials provided to us

  • Notify us of relevant changes to their business information

  • Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform policies

We may decline or discontinue activities that we reasonably believe violate applicable laws or platform requirements.

7. Fees and Payments

Service fees, billing schedules, setup charges, recurring payments, and cancellation arrangements will be communicated separately through client agreements, invoices, or payment authorizations.

Clients agree to pay applicable fees according to the terms accepted when purchasing services.

Any refund rights, cancellation conditions, and payment disputes will be governed by the applicable client agreement and relevant law.

8. Automated Services and Software Integrations

We may use automated systems and third-party software to improve the efficiency and consistency of service delivery.

These systems may process authorized business information, prepare recommendations, perform profile updates, and monitor the status of certain operations.

Although we take reasonable precautions, automated systems may occasionally encounter technical errors, incomplete information, delays, or third-party service interruptions.

We reserve the right to review, modify, retry, postpone, or suspend automated operations when reasonably necessary to protect client accounts, maintain service quality, or comply with applicable requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the website design, text, branding, graphics, processes, and other original materials on our website are owned by Weaver SEO Services or its respective licensors.

Clients retain ownership of their preexisting business information, trademarks, and other materials supplied to us.

Ownership and usage rights for deliverables created under a paid service engagement will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations or other rights and responsibilities that survive under an applicable agreement.
